Aug. 4th, 2004 06:38 pmTomorrow is the final. Have I studied yet? Well, unless you count listening to Aliza and
ladysar803's (Sarah) physics presentation over and over again as studying whilst editting it in IMovie (it has cool in-between scene effects!) then yes, yes I have. The only problem has been with actually burning it onto a CD...damn burner. *kills technology*
Now that you are the legal drinking age in Canada you can go clubbin' and, well, get utterly pissed in the process. Not that you would do that, of course...It is possible that you would but let's not dwell on the flaws in my logic (if any of this crap can be considered logic). In conclusion, have a great birthday and I will see you on Saturday *squee!*.
Oh! One moderately exciting thing happened to me today. I was walking home from Wawa (just gotta have them hoagies) and saw Emma. She got back from her Europe trip two days ago. Lucky girl went to England, Paris and Italy-where she clubbed and got almost felt up by some Italians because that is their culture...Right. Anyway, she's happy and tired. I left her to go off and check out the new thrift shop that opened up- which is amazing, by the way.
Last thing, our bridge worked amazingly!!! Aliza made a kickass road surface that was uber sturdy and my trusses held so that when the weight was put on it they bent without breaking off and the weight was stuck so that it could not break the road surface- if that makes any sense at all. People thought that we cheated by using some special glue but no, we used the same stuff they did, we're just better. No offense intended to any other people in that class. I loff you all.
