So.tired. But it was worth it!
Sep. 19th, 2004 01:41 pmYesterday began with me waking up early-ish to get to Driver's Ed. At this class I spoke with Karli about our plans for that night. The plan consisted of going to Carter's birthday thing at 4 and then going to the midnight showing of the 'Rocky Horror Picture Show'. Dressing up, while optional, was a must.
I arrived at Carter's to meet more of his Bethesda (sp?) friends (who rock) and see the aformentioned Karli. More people came in, dancing ensued with some food and soda mixed in there. Very fun! I think the best part about dancing is that Carter's friends actually dance and know the steps. They made many of us non-dancers get up and twirl. Chris attempted to dip me and told me to shift my weight and as I did so he realized that he was not prepared and we both fell down. Funny, but my bum hurt. There was a 'go around the room and tell Carter something really good about him that you loff [about him]' thing before eating, which was very sweet and entertaining. After more dancing a few people left and promised to meet us at the Brywn Mawr theatre for the show.
Mel, one of the Bethesdians, had some of the most amazing and cool clothing ever! She let many girls who had not planned on attending the show borrow stuff and made them look wonderful. She and I were both in mini skirts and fishnets (mine have a hole in them that is not a fishnet hole and is growing...evil tights of doom!). Originally I was going to wear the corset I made but it did not go with the skirt. Anyway, we got there to find Raef (who was, contrary to popular belief, not playing Rocky but the investigator guy) in a g-string...and only a g-string. I don't really know him well but have met him before through friends. That, and he went to my school. SBMB people, remember the story about the guy who wore a TV to school once that I posted? Yeah, same guy. The group that was acting the movie out as it played was much better than last time's. Yes...so...good movie with good people. Uber fun and tiring.
Avi was there, too. She, her mother, and Niko came (all in costume). She got SOOO much action from the people acting it all out. Next time, definitely going with her (I need to be whored up...I cannot accomplish this by myself). [I'm sorry that I couldn't go with you guys. I was already at Carter's. I'll sleep over next time, too. I just needed sleep this morning. I loff you!]
So...that's basically it.

P.S. Today is 'Talk like a Pirate' Day!!! Celebrate, wenches!
