Peace, Goodbye, and Hello
Dec. 7th, 2004 10:06 pmOMFG! Noa is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The family (minus Jeff who was at a wedding, how was that, by the way?) went to U Penn's campus to see her. She's an Israeli singer with one kickass voice. She even sang out her thank you's, which was creative and enjoyable to listen to even if you didn't know who it was she thanked. At the end her three year old son ran out onto the stage and hugged her. He was probably prompted by his father but it was cute none the less. They came back on and did the Hanukah candles and then Noa and Gil (another member of the band and her collaborator on songs) did a duet where Noa sang 'Tis the Season to be Jolly' while Gil sang 'Maotzor Yeshuati'. Very funny and turned out nicely. Lovely night even if she didn't sing Boker.
Did not get to sew much but now that Mum's begun to help me out I'm getting more hopeful that I'll finish it all on time. Unfortunately I probably won't be able to attend LM's choir concert because I'll not only be studying for history but finishing up the dresses... I want a manaquin. A nice one.
*plugs because Zac said she has not plugged enough...blame him*
