Sep. 23rd, 2004 07:28 pmDad purchased a DVD recorder a while back (end of last year, I think). I decided that it would be really cool to tape 'Lost' every week on DVD so I would have it all at the end of the season. Of course, my idea is thwarted by the crappy machine's....crapness. I had taped from 8-10 because I wasn't sure when the show premiered. After 'Smallville' I checked and saw that 'The Bachelor' was on so I stopped the DVD recording. By doing that I lost everything. It's funny to say it, "I've lost 'Lost'" but makes me sad. I asked Jeff that if he found the time if he could check on Bit Torrent to see if he could download it for me. If anything I'll just begin watching next week and catch up. I'm very ashamed to have missed the first episode, though.
Another question about television, has anyone (not in my theatre arts class) seen 'My So Called Life'? Is it always sappy and predictable yet oddly interesting at the same time? Is Hallie actually having an affair with Angela's dad or are we just supposed to think that they are even though they aren't? We watched one episode in theatre arts because of the monologue in it. The comments varioius class members made, made the experience of watching it very enjoyable.
Tomorrow I have an in class essay about the books I've read over the summer. Fun. I'll wing it, as I usually do. Hopefully will not fail.

ETA: I've updated pictures of the Tartan Terrors to now include the PA RenFaire ones that I took. I have some of Todd, Laura. Piccies. I also have Scottish-fairy man. I used to have more but ended up deleting them...or I didn't put them all up...I'll check later.
