arielarenaSaw HP5 with Cara and her mummy after work and had dinner after, then infiltrated one of the elementary school's playgrounds for funsies. Twas a nice night. Unfortunately, it means I have again missed my Gramma's daily call whilst my parents are away and have to call her tomorrow or fear her wrath.
Random reactions:
-Oooo, like the cinematography. Pretty landscapes!
-Dudley looks vaguely like my cousin, but my cousin is thinner and not as unattractive. I think it's the clothing that's similar.
-OMGSIRIUS!!! SO MUCH LOVE!
-OMGLUPIN!!! ALSO SO MUCH LOVE! Where's my chocolate??
-Tonks' has kickass hair. Wish she were in the movie more 'cause she is a fun character.
-Didn't more stuff happen in the house?
-Draco is still a prick but I like the suit. Ditto on Voldy. Dude works the Evil in Armani look!
-Wasn't the kiss with Cho supposed to suck?
-LOVED how they did Umbridge. Just the right amount of extremely annoying, bordering on evil, and so totally pink. Loved her office, too. Set designers deserve major props for this film. Except that Snape's office looked more like wine storage than a place where potions were made...unless made with wine.
-Reaction to first Deatheater appearance: "OMGDARTHVADER!!!!" Seriously. I said this outloud. Was very confused.
-Yay Lucius!!
-Yay Bellatrix!!! Helena Bohnam Carter is freakin' awesome!!! As Angela says, only Tom Cruise could have pulled off the crazy like she did but he doesn't look nearly as good in a dress.
-No Sirius! What a poorly placed veil to god knows where! Center of the room??? That throws off the feng shui!!! Almost teared. Doesn't the Avada Kedavra curse kill you immediately? Would Sirius really have had time to smile at Harry?
-Harry is so totally emo!
-Need to reread the book. I don't remember Harry being taken over by Sand!Voldemort (which I think I kind of loved). OMG I can't wait for Tom Riddle in the next movie! Am a total fangirl.
-Almost forgot the Marauders. Wished there was a little more but was glad they cut it for time. It got the point across.
-Fred and George seriously rock! They are all kinds of awesome. So sweet when they were comforting that kid! HUGS!
There's probably more but I'm kinda tired...will possibly write more later.
For SBMBers, new and old, in case you don't frequent the boards, I want to put together an HP themed BW for the 21st (or a day or two after) but need stuff from you. Send pictures of you in costume, fanfic, stories that actually have nothing to do with HP, whatever. Just send me stuff pleasethanks! I'll get the other BW out soon. It was supposed to be ready for Wednesday but life got in the way of me getting it all put together. Sorry! The best way to motivate me is through feedback and submissions. And chocolate. And pretty boys. And ponies (or unicorns, I'm not too picky). So motivate me!
