arielarenaBeen home for about two days now and it feels like I haven't even left. This is like when I did my first solo trip to the UK for three weeks. I came back and things were just so normal that it's like it never happened. But it did and I was gone six months this time, not three weeks. And I got a chance to hang out with some people last night and it was wonderful. Everyone is growing up and taking the GRE...it's weird.
Speaking of being more grown up, I've been looking at internships. Thinking about applying for some that don't really have to do with my degree but would give me a chance to learn more about the entertainment business from a different angle. Don't know if I can offer the hours they're asking for but I'm tempted to apply anyway. I mean, worst case I just don't get it, right? I've no idea what I want to do with my degree, I just need some idea of what I can do. There is also an internship for Cupcakes Take the Cake that I totally want to apply for even if you don't get credit/money/whatever. They do, however, give you free cupcakes.
